Log height in cm and weight in kg whenever you measure. Review the measurement history, add a growth or doctor note, and attach photos to keep useful context with the profile.

Choose a measurement interval in days and set your own next-measurement reminder. A reminder opens the logging flow; notifications need permission and are prompts, not a guarantee that a measurement will be made.

Kids Growth Tracker is for personal record keeping, not medical advice or diagnosis. You can share or print a child profile. Core tracking features are free; the app includes ads, with an optional one-time purchase to remove them.
